CU HomeLand Corp. and American Pacific Mortgage Corporation restrict access to consumers personal and account information to those employees of CU HomeLand Corp. and American Pacific Mortgage Corporation who need to know that information to provide service to our consumers. CU HomeLand Corp. and American Pacific Mortgage Corporation maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard consumers' nonpublic personal information.

Disclosure of our Privacy Policy and Commencement of Consumer Relationship

It is the policy of CU HomeLand Corp., and American Pacific Mortgage Corporation, for the purposes of compliance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, to disclose our Privacy Policy to consumers at the commencement of the consumer relationship as required by the Act. Further, it is our policy that the commencement of the relationship with consumers begins when the consumer's completed written loan application is received by our firm. The required privacy policy disclosure will be provided within 3 business days after the consumer's completed written loan application is received by us in any of the various means allowed by law.
